This is a fun cooking project that you can be adjusted to your taste!

Bake potatoes until cooked (5-7 mins in a microwave, don't forget to poke holes!)
Cut the potato in half and scratch out the inside with a fork, leaving the skin intact (about 1cm potato left)

Mix the potato fillings with cooked meat (preferably bacon, but we used minced beef) and add salt to taste.


Re-stuff your potato skin with the potato mix, add your selected vegetable and cheese on the top. (we used tomato :D)
Bake for another 4-5 minutes on high.
